Sea Cadets Sail away with £120
To commemorate the 200 years since the battle of Trafalgar and the death of Lord Horatio Nelson, Emblem Lodge held a Trafalgar Night at Adelaide Street for members and guests which included traditional toasts in true Royal Navy fashion. HMS Victory memorabilia and a White Ensign were borrowed from Training Ship Penelope, the Blackpool Sea Cadet and Marine Corps Headquarters. A special raffle was held and £120 was donated to the Blackpool Sea Cadets by the Worshipful Master of Emblem Lodge, Bro Steven Jelly and Charity Steward Malcolm Jones together with the event organiser, George Holden
